Cottonwood Salve

Also known as Balm of Gilead, which was named after a salve that was created using herbs from northern Jordan in the Middle East.
We use spring harvested buds of the Black Cottonwood and other Poplar tree species (Populus trichocarpa) that are bursting with resin. They are infused in olive oil for 6 weeks before crafting into a small batch salve.

Apply topically for skin irritations ranging from eczema, sunburn, dry skin, rashes, bruises or sprains, sore muscles, tendons and joints.

Ingredients: Olive oil infused with whole wildcrafted cottonwood buds, local beeswax and vitamin E oil.
