Dandelion Jelly

Our home made jellies feature homegrown or wild crafted plants and fruits. We use sugar in some of our jellies vs honey, to help maintain more of the plant/fruit flavor.

This jelly features dandelion petals, hand picked at the peak of flowering, organic sugar, pectin and lemon juice. The flavor resembles honey to most, but some say it’s similar to apricots. Great on breakfast breads, hors d'oeuvres, or as a sweetener in tea.
