Fireweed Tea
One of my favorite herbal teas! We like to call it what it is, but some folks refer to this tasty tisane as Ivan Chai or Ivan Tea. Made from wild fireweed gathered at the peak of it’s freshness. If you like green or black tea, you will love fireweeds floral aroma without the caffeine. Fireweed is known for it’s medicinal qualities which included a boost of vitamin C. Made from a time honored process of fermenting the bruised leaves, that takes up to 10 days to produce just the right aroma.
Ingredients: Wild-harvested bruised and fermented fireweed leaves and dried fireweed flowers.
