Violet Jelly

Our home made jellies feature homegrown or wild crafted plants and fruits. We use sugar in some of our jellies vs honey, to help maintain more of the plant/fruit flavor.

This jelly features homegrown Violet and Viola petals, hand picked at the peak of flowering, organic sugar, pectin and lemon juice. It has a violet floral flavor… if you can still smell violet aromas. Great on breakfast breads, hors d'oeuvres, or as a sweetener in tea.
